National Judicial Academy Act, 2063 (2006)

Section 24

Formation Of Sub-committee And Task Force

(1) The Academy may form subcommittee or working group as required for performing tasks pursuant to this Act.
(2) Powers, functions and duties of and facilities to be provided to the members of the Sub-Committee to be formed pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be
as prescribed.
